Terms of Service

This website and İstanbul Fintech Week are operated by FNTCH OÜ, a company registered in Estonia. "We" and "us" mean FNTCH OÜ; "you" means the person buying a pass or using this site. Buying a pass or using this site means you accept these terms.

Passes are sold through Eventbrite. Your purchase is complete when Eventbrite confirms payment and issues your ticket; until then no pass is reserved for you. Prices are shown at checkout in the currency stated there and include applicable taxes unless the checkout says otherwise.

A pass admits one named person. You may change the name on a pass up until the event begins — see our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Passes may not be resold for profit or used for advertising, competitions or promotions without our written permission.

If an obvious pricing or description error is published, we may cancel affected orders and refund them in full rather than honour the error. We will tell you if this happens.

Refunds, transfers and what happens if the event is postponed or cancelled are covered in full by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

The speaker line-up, agenda and session times are published in advance in good faith and may change. Speakers withdraw, sessions get moved, and rooms change. A change to the programme, including the withdrawal of an announced speaker, is not on its own a reason for a refund — the pass gives access to the event, not to a particular session or speaker. If the event as a whole is cancelled or postponed, the Refund Policy applies.

İstanbul Fintech Week takes place at Hilton İstanbul Maslak. While you are there you must follow the venue's rules and the instructions of event and venue staff, and carry your pass so it can be checked. We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who behaves in a way that threatens the safety of others or seriously disrupts the event. No refund is due in that case.

The event is photographed and filmed. By attending you accept that you may appear in that material and that we may use it to report on and promote the event. If you would prefer not to appear, tell a member of the event team on site and we will do what we reasonably can.

You may use this site to find out about the event and to buy and manage passes. You may not attempt to break into it, disrupt it, scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, or copy its content for republication. Page text, imagery, the İstanbul Fintech Week name and its logos belong to us or to our partners; press assets released for reuse are marked as such in our brand kit.

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

What we collect and how we handle it — including the fact that card details are processed by Eventbrite and never reach us — is set out in our Privacy Policy.

We will organise and run the event with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Beyond that, our total liability to you in connection with a pass is limited to what you paid for it. We are not responsible for your travel or accommodation costs, or for business losses such as lost profits or lost opportunities, and we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Book travel and accommodation at your own risk. Unless your booking was made through us as part of a package we sold you, we are not a party to it and cannot refund it. We recommend booking flexible fares and rooms.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you bought your pass. Material changes are reflected in the "last updated" date at the top of this page.

These terms are governed by Estonian law, and the courts of Estonia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
